Mazda RX7-FD | Air intake & FMIC modification
Custom aluminium air intake fabrication and intercooler modification,
driven from limited space along with other limitations.
All used plates and brackets were designed in Solidworks, tobe laser cut and finally TIG welded. The throttle body elbow was created from a laser cut 12mm 5083 aluminium flange, round tubing and sheet metal, that was formed with the help of printed templates.
